Undergraduate student rate (Thursday afternoon – Sunday): $195.00 plus HST (13%).
As part of your registration, we will be collecting personal information (name, address, institution, program, etc.). This information will be used for communications and conference planning purposes only. You will also have the opportunity to submit information regarding dietary restrictions and accessibility needs. If you have any questions, please contact cupc@mcmaster.ca.
Your registration includes Thursday dinner, Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday light breakfast, and refreshments throughout.

Refund Policy:
CUPC does not have the resources to offer refunds. However, you will have the option to purchase refund protection at checkout.
Code of Conduct:
The CUPC 2026 Organizing Committee is committed to providing an inclusive environment in which all delegates, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, and staff feel safe, comfortable, and welcome.
All participants are expected to treat other with respect. Discrimination – including unfair treatment based on disability, gender identity or expression, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, age, level or field of education, institutional affiliation, or any other personal characteristics – will not be tolerated.
Harassment is any unwelcome behaviour that intimidates, humiliates, excludes, threatens, or makes another person feel unsafe. This may include, but is not limited to: Aggressive or intimidating behaviour, including shouting, swearing at others, or making threats; insults, humiliation, personal attacks, or harmful rumours; bullying or cyberbullying; unwelcome physical contact or attention; invasions or privacy; microaggressions or subtle acts of exclusion; deliberately undermining or repeatedly disrupting another person.
Harassment and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Concerns may be reported confidentially to the CUPC Co-Chairs, Vice-Chairs, or Faculty Liaisons. Individuals making a report will not be required to identify themselves beyond the designated organizers handling the concern (unless required for safety or by law).
Reports will be taken seriously and reviewed immediately. Depending on the nature and severity of the behaviour, consequences may include a warning, removal from an activity, or removal from the conference without refund. Direct observances of harassment or discriminatory behaviour by the organizers may result in immediate removal without refund. Decisions may be appealed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
This Code of Conduct applies at all conference venues and activities, including keynote lectures, student presentations, workshops, tours, social events, and conference-related communications before and during the event. Inappropriate comments posted on the CUPC’s Instagram account or other official online platforms will be removed, and the account responsible may be blocked from further engagement.
