Share your Research at the CUPC 2026!
Abstract submissions for the Canadian Undergraduate Physics Conference (CUPC) 2026 are now open!
We invite students from across Canada to submit abstracts describing their research in all areas of physics. Accepted abstracts will be presented at CUPC 2026 through oral presentations and poster sessions, providing an opportunity to share your work with a community of undergraduate researchers from across the country.
All submissions submitted before the deadline below will undergo a blinded review process conducted by the CUPC 2026 Scientific Review Committee and Canadian graduate students in physics.
Important Dates
Abstract submissions open: August 5
Abstract submission deadline: September 13
Acceptance notifications: TBD. Note that submitting early will help us finalize the review process more quickly.
Conference dates: Oct. 15-18, 2026
