Please review the following information if you sign up for a tour of the McMaster Nuclear Reactor
Note that no exceptions will be made on our policies for VICs, ID requirements, or attire requirements.
Visitor Information Card: 
Each visitor must complete a Visitor Information Card (VIC). Any visitor under the age of 18 must have their VIC signed by a parent or legal guardian. Visitors may print and bring the signed form with them.
Visitors under 18 who do not have a VIC signed by a parent/legal guardian will not be permitted on a tour.
ID Requirements:
Each visitor must present one original piece of government-issued Photo ID at sign-in. Health cards and student cards are not accepted. Pictures, photocopies, and expired IDs are not accepted.
If you have any concerns about being able to meet these ID requirements, especially for visitors under the age of 18, please reach out in advance.
Visitors who do not have a valid, original piece of government-issued photo ID will not be permitted on a tour.
Attire Requirements:
Visitors must wear long pants and closed-toed, low-heeled shoes. Shorts, skirts, ripped jeans, high heels, sandals, etc. are not permitted. We do not allow bags, parcels, backpacks, sunglasses, outerwear, hats, cell phones or cameras on the tour; these items must be stored in our secure locked cabinets.
Visitors who do not have proper attire will not be permitted on a tour.
