We are excited to announce our open call for abstract submissions for CUPC2024!
You can submit an abstract for either a poster presentation or 15 minute oral presentation. Please make sure that the submission form is correctly and completely filled out. For more information see the section on presentations. Students do not have to do a presentation to attend the conference.
Abstracts will be reviewed by a team of UBC Physics professors and graduate students to ensure fair assessment for all applicants. The soft deadline to submit your abstracts is September 1st. Submissions after this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis up to October 15th.
