The Canadian Undergraduate Physics Conference provides a broad platform for graduate schools and industry professionals to connect with undergraduate physicists. Through purchasing a booth at the Grad & Industry Fair, your organization may utilize this platform to connect with and support the next generation of Canadian physicists and promote itself.
The Grad & Industry Fair will be occurring on Sunday, November 7th, 2021 from 3:30-5:30pm (EST).
By purchasing a booth at the CUPC 2021 Grad & Industry Fair, your organization will be supporting undergraduate physics students across Canada and are given the opportunity to connect with the young physicists of the future. Your organization will be well-promoted at our Grad & Industry Fair, where each institution will have their own virtual booth for interacting with delegates. Contributions from the Grad & Industry Fair will be put towards:
- Delegate Swag Bags
- Prizes and Awards
- Support for attendees at future CUPC events
- Speaker Honorarium (if applicable)
- Technical Support
