The CUPC 2023 Graduate Studies and Industry Fair will be held on Saturday, October 28th, 11:00am – 5:30pm EDT in the main atrium of the Quantum Nano Centre (QNC) on the University of Waterloo campus.
The Fair will be split into two sections with a break for lunch in between, where the morning session (11:00am-1:00pm EDT) is for CUPC 2023 delegates, and the afternoon session (2:30pm-5:30pm EDT) is specifically reserved for students who are not conference delegates but still want to take advantage of the Fair. During this second session, the CUPC 2023 delegates will be at our Science Communications panel and then viewing Student Poster presentations, ensuring the remaining students in attendance have an opportunity to speak to all Fair representatives. Given the long hours, all Fair exhibitors will be provided with lunch in-between sessions.
How to become a CUPC 2023 Graduate Studies and Industry Fair exhibitor:
- Complete the Exhibitor Registration Form or become a sponsor of CUPC 2023. If your business or University Physics Department is an Relativistic or Astronomical sponsor of CUPC 2023, please also fill out the Exhibitor Registration Form and indicate in the payment section that your booth is automatically paid for at the appropriate sponsorship level.
- Complete the Representative Registration Form through Eventbrite and fill in the name of the person who will be representing your business or Physics Department at the Fair. This is so we can ensure we are expecting the correct person to be in attendance.
- Ensure you have filled in the correct contact information so that our External Affairs team can be in touch with important information as the conference dates draw near.
The CUPC 2023 Committee extends its gratitude to all participants of the Graduate Studies & Industry Fair. Our conference would not be possible without your support and we sincerely thank you. See below for a list of all exhibitors.
